Our premium dry-aged beef — fresh and frozen — is born and raised right here on our farm. We also raise our own lamb and chicken on-site, and partner with nearby producers for locally sourced pork.
In our farm store, you’ll find dairy from Ontario farms and a curated selection of sauces, spices, preserves, and pantry staples. Most of what we carry comes from Chatham-Kent, Lambton and Essex County, with select items from small Canadian businesses we trust and support.
